Prices and booking
All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and apply per holiday apartment and for the specified duration. The offer price includes all duties and taxes, as well as the local tax and final cleaning. Note that children under 16 years of age are exempt from local tax.
Reservations/booking
Please note that reservations become valid as soon as we confirm them by e-mail or letter, e.g. after we receive payment. If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to your travel date, we reserve the right to charge the entire amount at once. We shall not send you an invoice for down payment. If you book more than 60 days prior to your travel date, you will receive a booking confirmation along with the request to pay the entire amount 60 days prior to your travel date. If you wish to cancel your holiday, it is possible free of charge up to 60 days before your travel date. If you cancel any later, you will not be refunded. In any event, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
In the event that you book a holiday at very short notice or arrive without prior notice, we request you to pay your invoice on your day of arrival. We accept EC cards, credit cards or payment in cash.
Travel insurance
To be on the safe side, we would like to point out that travel insurance can be very useful. It can be taken out in a surprisingly simple, fast and non-bureaucratic way. Request an offer from Europäische Reiseversicherung. We would be happy to take out insurance for you. Please let us know if you are interested.
Arrival – late arrival
Please let us know in advance if you wish to arrive later. You will then receive a PIN code that allows you to obtain your apartment card from our key safe in a very uncomplicated way. The best time to arrive is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Travelling with dogs
In certain holiday apartments dogs are welcome on request. We charge € 15.00 per day, without food. Dogs are not allowed to enter the restaurant, spa or children’s playing areas, and must always be kept on a leash in public areas. We recommend you take out dog liability insurance.
Please note: Reservations become valid as soon as we confirm them in writing. Our offers are subject to the availability of the offered accommodation at the time they are declared as accepted. We reserve the right to change prices and services in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Please note that the actual apartment layouts may differ from the ones shown here.
